StackTether

Supported vendors

StackTether works today with two PSAs: Kaseya BMS and Autotask PSA. ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, NinjaOne and Datto RMM are coming soon. Every vendor gets the same vendor-neutral, read-only tools and goes through a live read-only check before it is switched on.

Live now

Coming soon

These are the first wave of new vendors. Together with Kaseya BMS and Autotask, the two PSAs cover most of the MSP market, and the two RMMs answer the next most common question: "is this machine online, patched and healthy?"

Planned in later waves

Later waves are ordered by how many MSPs use a product, how often techs would ask about it, and whether it has a clean read-only API. The order can change with demand from customers.

Product names belong to their owners. Listing a vendor here does not mean that vendor endorses StackTether.

Request a vendor

Using something that is not on the list? Tell us which vendor and what your techs would ask about it. Requests from customers move vendors up the list.

Vendor questions

Why does StackTether build its own tools instead of passing through a vendor's own MCP server?
Own tools let StackTether guarantee read-only access, hide sensitive fields, keep the same tool names on every vendor, write fixed error messages and record exactly which records were read. A vendor's own server can change its tools at any time and may include write actions.
Can I connect two PSAs?
Yes. Connect a primary and a secondary PSA; searches ask the primary first and then the secondary, and record IDs show which PSA they came from.
What API permissions does StackTether need?
Read-only. Each setup guide lists the exact permissions for that vendor and links to the vendor's own documentation.
