StackTether for MSPs
The MSP edition connects a managed service provider's PSA to the AI apps its techs already use. Techs ask questions in plain language ("what's open for this client?", "what did I log yesterday?") and the AI answers from your live PSA data, through read-only tools, with 2FA, per-member access and a full audit log. It is live today for Kaseya BMS and Autotask PSA.

Built by MSP people, for MSPs
StackTether was built by people who work in an MSP, and it ran in production at an MSP before launch. It is designed around how MSPs actually work: many clients, a busy service desk, some clients in healthcare and dental, and a need to show clients that their data is handled with care.
What techs ask
Service desk
- "Show my open tickets, newest first."
- "Summarise the history on ticket 12345."
- "Are there other tickets linked to this one?"
Account management
- "What's open for this client this month?"
- "Who are the main contacts at this client?"
- "Which contracts does this client have?"
Projects and time
- "Where is the server migration project?"
- "What tasks are left on it?"
- "What time did I log yesterday?"
Assets and scheduling
- "Find the firewall at this client."
- "What tickets mention that device?"
- "Who is on site tomorrow?"
Why MSPs choose StackTether
- Read-only: the AI cannot change a ticket, close a ticket or touch billing.
- Your clients' data stays protected: passwords, prices, bank details and home addresses are never returned, and record content is never stored.
- Control per person: choose who can use which system and which AI app.
- Proof: every AI call is in the audit log, with the records that were read.
- One set of tools for every PSA: change or add a PSA without retraining your team or rewriting saved prompts.
What comes next for the MSP edition
ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, NinjaOne and Datto RMM are coming soon, followed by Microsoft 365, documentation, security and backup tools. See the vendor roadmap.
MSP edition questions
- How long does setup take?
- Most of the work is creating a read-only API user in your PSA. After that, connecting StackTether and the first AI app usually takes a few minutes per person.
- Do my clients need to do anything?
- No. StackTether connects to your MSP's own systems; nothing is installed at your clients.
- How is StackTether priced?
- StackTether is free during the Founding MSP beta. Planned launch pricing and the founding offer are on the pricing page.
