Who is a good fit
- An MSP using Kaseya BMS or Autotask PSA today, or ConnectWise PSA or HaloPSA and willing to wait for them.
- Techs who already use, or want to use, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Grok at work.
- Someone who can create a read-only API user in your PSA.
- Willingness to tell us what works and what does not.
What to expect
StackTether is in production, with real safeguards, but it is early: tools are read-only, the vendor list is short, and some features (such as audit export) are still on the roadmap. An independent penetration test is planned and not yet done; see the security page for exactly where we stand.
How to apply
- Fill in the beta application (about two minutes).
- Tell us your PSA, roughly how many techs you have, and which AI apps your team plans to use.
- We aim to reply by email within 2 business days, then set up a short call, your admin invite and setup help.

- Is the beta free?
- Yes. StackTether is free during the Founding MSP beta, and billing is not open yet. Planned launch pricing and the founding offer are on the pricing page.
- Can I leave the beta?
- Yes, at any time. Ask us to close your account; your MSP's data is purged after a 30-day undo window.
